The School Looks Amazing!

If you have not been here in a while, the school looks amazing! We have added a turf field with bleachers and lights for soccer, lacrosse and softball. In addition, we have added a second PreK Three Year old class and a third First grade class. Our enrollment continues to grow! We are raising money to build a gymnasium/arts center. This addition will allow us to expand our physical education, art and music curriculums as well as have a place for the entire student body to gather for school wide events and assemblies. Come to the reunion and see how we have grown.

Check out our latest newsletter. Have you won an award? Gotten married? Celebrating a special anniversary? Drop us a line! We would love to include you in the newsletter. You can view them all here on our website. If you have not received any of them, let us know.

We have lost touch with some of our Alumni. If you are in contact with any of them, tell them we say hello and share our contact form. You can find our contact form here. Fill it out and send it to us. All information can be emailed to Mary McManus at mmcmanus@pmaschool.org or mailed to Presentation of Mary Academy, Alumni Office, 182 Lowell Road, Hudson, NH 03051.

8.8.2014 Meet and Greet

Meet and Greet for Grades Pre-K through 8

August 25, 2014 from 11:00am -1:00pm. The first day of school will be an informal meet and greet day! This will give you and your child an opportunity to visit the school, meet the teachers, and become acquainted with the school environment in a very informal setting. The teachers will be available to answer questions or concerns you may have. The SHUTTLE ENVELOPES will be distributed at this time. Students do not need to wear school uniforms for this event. School supplies should be brought in on this day.

8.1.2014 Instructional Soccer

Attached is information about dates, times, what to bring, where to park, and weather cancellation procedure (let’s hope not for that one). Each child will need to bring their own soccer ball (size 3), which can be found at WalMart, KMart, or any sporting goods store. The ball need not be expensive or of top quality, but you may want to go that route so they’ll have it for years to come, as our Hatchling Soccer program, the next step after Instructional, also uses the same size ball.

Volunteer Coaches:
PMA sports programs would be impossible without our generous Volunteer Coaches. Please contact me at egoss@pmaschool.org if you are interested in working with these kids – you’ll have a blast and we will be so very grateful. We will set you up with all the ideas for drills and activities that you could ever use, so please don’t be shy if you’ve never formally coached or played soccer before.
