Next Saturday, December 6th from 9-11am is our Santa breakfast in the cafeteria. Please return all forms as soon as possible so Santa knows how many children are coming.
We are looking for bakers to bring any type of muffin or breads for that morning. Please label if your recipe has nuts or gluten free etc. I’m also looking for gallons of orange juice. We will have donuts and coffee as well.
Because the elves are busy making toys, Santa is also in need of helpers to make the breakfast and pictures run smoothly.
Please contact Denise Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or to sign up.
Winter is almost here…please read below for information regarding school delays and cancellations.
SNOW DAYS/WEATHER RELATED DELAYS
In the event that inclement weather makes it necessary to either delay the opening of school or cancel the school day, the information will be posted on WMUR – NH channel 9 or its website www.wmur.com, or WZID – FM 95.7. Please remember to look and listen for the PMA Hudson announcement. On the WMUR website, Presentation of Mary will be listed under “P”. PMA is listed separately from the Hudson School System. Parents can also call the school holiday/closing line at (603) 889-6054 ext. 456. Delayed school openings will be implemented when deemed appropriate. In the event that there is a delay, the Before- School Program will automatically be canceled that morning. The After-School Program will be offered in the afternoon. PLEASE AVOID CALLING THE SCHOOL FOR INFORMATION CONCERNING A WEATHER EMERGENCY. Canceled school days are made up at the end of the school year by adding 30 minutes to the school day until the missed time has been made up.

The following are the expected arrival times for students for the various delayed opening times:
Delay Gr. 6-8 Gr. 3-5 Gr. 1-2 Pre-K & K

90 Minute 9:00am 9:15am 9:25am 9:40am

Please read the information below and make sure you sign up to help support PMA. Make sure to share this with friends and family because they can sign up too! These links can also be found on our website under the tab support PMA. If you have any questions, please contact Joanne Young at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Amazon Smile – go to https://smile.amazon.com/ch/02-0222178 anytime you want to shop at Amazon.com and the Amazon.com Foundation will donate 0.5% of your eligible purchase to PMA. There are no costs to you or Presentation of Mary Academy. But over time, and with the support of the broader PMA community, this program could generate significant funds for the school to apply to our building fund, new equipment, curriculum development and much more. You can use your current amazon.com sign in account information. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up for one for free. So please take a moment, sign up for the Smile program, and remember to use smile.amazon.com when shopping on amazon. You can tell friends and family to sign up too!
GiFTgive is our online wish list of items we need for school. Go to http://www.gift-give.com/presentationofmaryacademy . You can even make a cash donation and we will put your donation towards one of our items. We will continue to add items to our wish list, so keep checking back! Don’t forget to tell friends and family to check out our GiFTgive page!
